Relais Castello di Morcote is settled between the mountains of Vico Morcote, Switzerland, and occupies a historic building several centuries old. Many original elements of architecture were carefully restored to preserve the charm of yesteryear. The architect Francesca Neri Antonello was in charge of reinventing the spaces of this magical building that has become a 12-room hotel. The project was inspired by the Japanese philosophy Wabi Sabi: finding beauty in the imperfect. Each corner of this wonderful hotel tells a story and holds a memory.
