Shila was created out of a constant desire to be surrounded by beauty, design, innovation, and true hospitality. The airy 6-suite residence from the 1920s is reminiscent of a "hotel particulier" with a flare for whimsy, mystique, and a deep sense of tranquility.

Shila has been developed "on the go," with an inspiring blend of ancient Greek inspirations and modern industrial design, as well as urban and natural materials. The creatives envisioned a captivating and beautiful space, in which guests felt truly welcomed and interested, with a strong desire to return, by drawing references from all sorts of fragments, such as art, architecture, photography, memories, travels, and the imperfect charms of Athens.
