The Range
Nestled on 120 acres on top of Picadilly Hill, The Range is a property encompassing all elements of natural living. An escape from the hustle of Byron Bay town - but all the luxuries within arm’s reach.
The philosophy of the project is based on sustainability, so sustainable materials and techniques were used throughout the design of the property. Inspired by nature, the color and material palette is soft and restrained, both in the interior spaces and in the exterior areas.
Drawing on elements from Spain and European Summer memories, The Range is a home, venue, destination and hub for those looking to immerse themselves in the richness that this beautiful design hideaway offer, surrounded by nature, with a conscience for the environment.

Nestled between rolling high hills and a perfect green landscape, The Wensley is a bespoke timber, an architectural house and shed built from recycled Oregon and Ironbark.
The Wensley is a haven of peace and serenity in a secluded but central pocket of the Surf Coast Hinterland called Wensleydale, offering a chance to stay tranquil, meditate and explore The Great Ocean Road and surrounding countryside with complete privacy. It feels home away from home.
An 80’s brick motel reimagined for the modern traveler, The Sunseeker is one of Byron Bay’s most well-considered boutique experiences. In collaboration with local and surrounding Byron talent, owners Jess and Dave Frid wanted to create a meaningful space, dedicated to supporting music, art, food and culture.
Perched on the edge of the world, this oceanfront cottage in Lettes Bay Tasmania was built for those of us with a romantic disposition, and a penchant for dramatic sights. Australian designer Sarah Andrews turned what was once a dilapidated shack into the Instagram worthy property it is now, furnishing the house with an eclectic mix of antiquities – from portraits to sailing gear –that make its interiors as mesmerizing as the landscapes outside. Use it as a home base to explore the vast expanse of Tasmanian wilderness or stay in, fireside, and contemplate the water with a cup of hot brew in hand.
