Inherited and rebuilt by a renowned interior designer, it is the ideal place to get carried away, in the purest Mediterranean style.

La Higuera is a meeting point for a fun family weekend and a meeting place for friends. A place where you can enjoy a privileged environment and the pleasant Mediterranean lifestyle.

Located in the small and quiet town of Sant Iscle d'Empordà, La Higuera was remade from two old townhouses. It preserves the stone facades with Gothic windows and the old orchards from where you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views with the Pyrenees in the background. It has a cozy and well-kept garden. The porch and the terraces that run along the façade welcome from a small fountain to a living and eating area, in addition to the famous fig tree that gives the house its name. We also find a raft that invites you to cool off in summer.

The dreamy house has five large rooms, all with their own bathroom. Each room is a story, a view or terrace, a different decoration and different worlds. A large space connected to the porch by three openings and topped by two fireplaces at its ends, constitutes the living room and library areas with a work table and an area with two round tables for eight and six people. Behind a window, the large and rustic kitchen gives it continuity and modernity. La Higuera is a house for lovers of small details, decoration and tranquility.
