Dexamenes Seaside Hotel
Sitting quietly on one of the most beautiful stretches of natural coastline in western Peloponnese, K-Studio architects approached the idea of transforming an abandoned, industrial wine factory into a hotel several years ago; now the Dexamenes Seaside Hotel is a beautifully designed structure which celebrates the structure’s original raw materials and textured façade. The beauty of the hotel lies in, not only the architect’s elegant approach, but the way in which the new and old come together and work with each other, still retaining the existing buildings and leaving them relatively untouched.
The material palette of the hotel is made up of concrete, wood, steel and glass, conveying a cozy feeling in a magical destination. Enjoy a peaceful weekend or a romantic getaway immersed in the most exquisite environment.
