Life House Lower Highlands

Book Now

Life House Lower Highlands, in Denver, is a boutique hotel for discerning travelers. The beautiful and comfortable atmosphere conveys a narrative to try and get people to travel with meaning and do it more often. Life House is the result of the founders’ belief and mission to create a community of travelers and locals around the same space.

Life House Lower Highlands is a 19th-century pioneer’s dwelling, now restored blending Victorian-era opulence with elements of contemporary industrialism. The perfect juxtaposition without altering the original structure and respecting the aesthetics of the neighborhood, thus uniting the past and the future.

As the Industrial Age was ending, and the Victorian Era was beginning, the American frontier moved west through Denver's Lower Highlands. Within a contemporary shell that nods to the industrialists who built the city, the house was designed with textured glass and floral mementos to tell the story of Victorian opulence.

From foraged wildflower ingredients at a full-service bar and restaurant to dusty hues of Badlands grays, saturated mustards, rust reds, and deep hues of blue, the hotel infuses the spirit of the wildflower and the Western landscape throughout every wall of the building.

Wake up to an elegant breakfast and enjoy a morning bath ritual with Le Labo bath products, Revival New York linens, and Marshall speakers playing your favorite holiday playlist.

Elegant, sophisticated, and the coolest spot to spend a quiet afternoon surrounded by the best company. If you are around, please walk by and say hi. You won’t regret it!
