La Hermandad de Villalba

Book Now

La Hermandad de Villalba is located in Villalba de Barros, a small town of white houses. It is a rural retreat located in the region of Extremadura, in Tierra de Barros. Madrid architects, Cristina Domínguez Lucas and Fernando Hernández-Gil, have been the architects of the rehabilitation project. Its purpose has been to adapt this 18th-century building to the new uses and requirements of a rural hotel.
The glazed clay tiles, in a reddish tone, remind us of the characteristic color of the clay soils of this region.
Tradition and modernity merge to convey a cozy, quiet, and peaceful atmosphere. Wake up to a delicious, home-made breakfast and take a walk around this magical village in the heart of Spain.
