Located in the heart of the 9th district of Paris, just a 10-minute walk from the famous Galeries Lafayette, and designed by Dorothée Meilichzo, Hotel Panache is the ultimate in Wes Anderson vibes à la Parisienne.

The whole design was inspired by the neighbourhood and the building itself, a 19th century building in a corner of Faubourg Montmartre, in the 9ème arrondissement. The interior decorator had fun using angles as the main concept: triangular mirror on angles, pattern with triangles on the carpets, walls & mosaic, even the cupboards are corners.. nothing is square apart from the bed!

Cultivating the good spirit of the suburbs, the Panache uses the craftsmen of the area. Both breakfast and dessert menu are signed by NOGLU, the first gluten-free Parisian restaurant ( Passage des Panoramas ) which was designed by Frédérique Jules. There are also chocolates by La Mere de Famille, the oldest chocolate factory in Paris. At the end of your stay, leave a thank you note, or send a postcard to your family at home with stationary you can find in your room by La Petite Papeterie Francaise.

Downstairs, you can find a laidback restaurant and reception lounge. The rooms include cool magazines, a map with a guide on where to eat, have coffee, or shop around the area. Details like the vintage telephone, Bauhaus light switches or even the logo makes us fall in love at first sight.

Prices: Double rooms from 126€ a nigh during low season and 250€ a night in high season.

Location: 1 Rue Geoffroy-Marie, 75009.
